What is yoga?

The word yoga comes from the Vedic Sanskrit texts and means joining or interconnecting. We then translate as "to put something into practice". Yoga is a process leading to unity, liberation and self-realization. Yoga is a learning that was established more than two thousand years ago in Asia. As the name suggests, it is not a sport but a lifestyle.

  How does it work?

 Yoga affects our physical and mental state. It improves flexibility, muscle strength, endurance and balance. At the same time, it calms the mind, and it also acts in a relaxing way. Yoga also affects the internal environment of the body (organs, endocrine glands, biological processes ...). This is based, among other things, on hormonal yoga.

Yoga is one, but there are many approaches. We distinguish different schools, techniques, and styles that differ in both attitude and difficulty. At Dreamfit, we have representatives of fine meditation yoga, and the more dynamic you get to take. Which one do you choose?
