What is Ripped?

Intense workout in 30 minutes you can work your whole body. This is perfect for everyone who likes his workout fast but still full of hard work. It may be combined with your gym routine

How does it work?

After warming up we start 3 rounds of bodyweight exercises adding one each round. High intensity allows you to burn fat in a short period time, also improve conditioning and every exercise can be modified to get you stronger.
