What is Fit-Mommy?
This lesson is focused on strengthening your body and especially the parts that are weakened after pregnancy and childbirth, all in the company of your baby. Suitable for moms and their children from 6 weeks up to 4 years.
How does it work?
After your warm-up, very easy aerobic steps, exercise with swiss balls, stretching and relaxing.
You only need comfortable shoes, a towel, water, a blanket, and a few toys.
