Callanetics with Pavlína
What is callanetics?
The callanetics exercise program was created by Callen Pinckney in the early 1980's. It is a system of exercise involving frequent repetition of small muscular movements and squeezes to improve muscle tone. The program was developd by Pinckney from classical ballet to help ease a back problem that she was born with.
